BoardDocs is a hosted system that is used by the Cabinet members to manage Board of Trustee's, cabinet, and committee meetings. Staff who have access can view an agenda and presentation for each meeting.
Employees who are having issues logging into BoardDocs, need to make sure they are not using their AD/Blackboard password. The username will be first.last, no @rccc.edu and the password will be whatever you set it for when you initially setup the account.
Employees who are having access issues with BoardDocs can submit a ticket by visiting our
Service Desk Portal site. A ticket will be created to track this issue and provide further communications.
