Blackboard Shell Creation Request
Instructors can request a Blackboard course shell for their class by visiting our Service Desk Portal site. A ticket will be created to track this issue and provide further communications.
For all Blackboard course shell creation requests, we will need the Colleague Course ID and the expected course name. Once we have that information, we can setup the shell for the user.
Note: If you are requesting to restore an old Blackboard course, please make sure you include the old course name in the ticket.
