Overview:
Effective December 5, 2018, the System Office will no longer accept support requests via email to cishelpdesk@nccommunitycolleges.edu. College staff must now submit support requests using the new NCCCS Service Portal (ServiceNow). Access to the portal requires registration. Although the CIS Help Desk phone line remains available, college staff must still be registered users for the System Office to open a request on their behalf. Note that the ticket creator is the only person who can view the ticket in ServiceNow.
Ticket Creation:
When you create a new ticket in ServiceNow, please make sure that at least one of the Rowan-Cabarrus System Administrators (Jenny Bodenheimer or Ginger Tavernier) is included in all ticket correspondence. This allows them to stay informed about new tickets.
