Overview:
Colleague,
developed by Ellucian, is an advanced Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
utilized by our college. It is a database system that houses all student and employee data. It is a powerful tool for managing college operations, enhancing administrative efficiency, and improving the student experience. Various applications connect to it, including Self-Service, WebAdvisor, Colleague UI, and Informer.
Employee Access:
Employees seeking access to Colleague will need to have
their supervisor complete the Access Request form for approval. This process
ensures that all requests are properly documented and authorized. Once approved,
employees must complete the training the college provides before being granted
the necessary access and permissions to utilize the platform effectively.
