Overview:
BoardDocs is a cloud-based platform that Cabinet members
utilize to efficiently manage Board of Trustees, cabinet, and committee
meetings. Employees with access can view agendas and presentations for each
meeting.
BoardDocs enhances the organization and accessibility of
meeting materials, streamlining the workflow for all involved. Providing a
centralized location for documents and presentations ensures that critical
information is readily available to those who need it, fostering a more efficient
and collaborative environment.
Employees who encounter login issues with BoardDocs, should ensure they are not using their Blackboard/Email username and password. The correct username format is first.last (without @rccc.edu), and the password is the one you set up during account creation.
Employees who are having access issues with BoardDocs can
submit a ticket into Jitbit. A ticket will be created to track this
issue and provide further communications.
