Employee passwords expire every 6 months. An email reminder is sent
to you from support@rowancabarrus.jitbit.com letting you know your password is going to expire and to reset it. The email reminder is sent a few days before up until the password expiration date. Please make sure you reset your password before the expiration date.
If you miss the expiration date, you can go to the
Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset Tool and reset it or contact the Service Desk at 704-216-7200 and they can reset it for you.
