Overview:

The standard password format for students is mmddyyyy@B3@c0n! (with mmddyyyy representing your birthdate and the 0 at the end being a zero).

Please note: Students must first log in to their Rowan-Cabarrus Student email and set up Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) before they can reset their passwords. MFA must be set up before any password is reset. Once MFA is configured, students can use the Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset Tool to change their password or contact the Help Desk at 704-216-7200 for assistance.
