Employee passwords expire every six months. You will receive an email reminder from support@rowancabarrus.jitbit.com notifying you that your password is about to expire and prompting you to reset it.
These reminders are sent several days before the actual expiration date. Please reset your password before it expires to avoid service interruptions. If you miss the expiration date, you can conveniently use the Microsoft Self-Service Password Reset Tool to reset your password or contact the Help Desk at 704-216-7200 for assistance.
